1. Introduction

Anyorum ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use the Anyorum chat application.

2. Information We Collect

We collect:

• Username and user ID
• Authentication information (Google/Apple OAuth)
• Chat messages and channel preferences
• Device identifier
• App usage analytics (Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics)
• Advertising identifier (AdMob) - with your consent where required

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and improve our chat service
• Ensure security and prevent abuse
• Analyze app usage and improve user experience
• Display relevant advertisements

4. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information. Data is transmitted over HTTPS. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to processing of your data
• Data portability
• Withdraw consent at any time

6. Withdrawal of Consent

You may withdraw your consent to data processing at any time. To do so, you can delete your account from the app settings (Profile → Delete Account). Account deletion will permanently remove your personal data and revoke all consent. Once withdrawn, we will stop processing your data for the purposes that relied on consent, except where we have another lawful basis.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we permanently remove your personal data within a reasonable period.

8. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services that may collect data: Google (Sign-In, AdMob), Apple (Sign-In), Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics), RevenueCat (in-app purchases), and Cloudflare (infrastructure). Each has its own privacy policy.
